Mid North Coast venues we’ve worked at
Every venue here is one you can book for a wedding, a party or a function, and many are places our crews have set up a marquee before. Where we’ve been, we know the gate, the ground and where the truck stops.
The list runs north to south in four areas. It isn’t every venue on the coast, and it isn’t a ranking: these are places that take a marquee, and we’ve built at a good many of them. Before you book anywhere, ask the venue three things: is there level lawn or paddock for a marquee, can a truck get within reach of it, and is there power nearby. Then send us the answers and the date, and we’ll tell you what fits.
Coffs Coast and the Bellinger Valley

Your own property, or a friend's
Many of our weddings are on private land: a family farm, a paddock, a backyard with a view. A property needs two things: level ground, and room for a truck to get close. It's the wedding where the marquee does the most work, because it turns a paddock into a room.
- Level ground, or ground we can level with flooring.
- A gate the truck fits through, and a route to where the marquee goes.
- Power within reach, or a generator you arrange.
- Toilets for the guest count, and where the caterer sets up.
- Where cars park, and whether that's grass too.
