Equipment / Tableware
A place setting for every seat.
Plates, glasses and cutlery for every seat, on the same truck as the marquee. Catering equipment has its own page.

A hundred and twenty guests is a hundred and twenty of everything, three times over for three courses. Hire it from the place already bringing the marquee and it's one count, one delivery and one line on the quote.
Crockery and cutlery for every seat
Dinner, entrée and bread-and-butter plates, soup and dessert bowls, cups and saucers, salt and pepper, and full cutlery with a steak knife for a plated main. Tell us the courses and the guest count and we count it out, so the caterer plates a three-course dinner, or the show committee pours a morning tea, without a plate short.
Glassware
Beer glasses in 10 oz and Keller, champagne flutes, wine goblets, red and white wine glasses, a standard wine glass, hi-balls, juice and spirit glasses, which means the bar doesn't serve wine in a tumbler. Carafes and beer jugs for the tables, a drink dispenser on a stand for water or punch, and wine ice buckets.
Serving ware and table numbers
Stainless serving spoons and tongs, wood-grain and stainless trays, and table numbers 1 to 25. The caterer and the MC both have what they need on the day.
Catering equipment moved
BBQs, urns, bain marie, hot boxes and the rest of the caterer's gear are now on their own page: Catering equipment hire.
