Events / Corporate & Community

On site when the run sheet says.

Marquees, flooring, lighting and furniture for field days, product launches, staff functions, agricultural shows, university and school events and club days across the Coffs Coast and Mid North Coast. One supplier, one invoice.

The supplier who builds the infrastructure

Your run sheet has a bump-in window and the marquee is first in it. If it's late, the AV crew, the caterer and your exhibitors all move. We know that's the first thing you check about a hire company, so the bump-in day is written into your booking and you can hold us to it.

How the guarantee works →

Who we work with

The same kit, briefed differently depending on who's running the day.

  • Councils and community organisations. Community days, festivals and shows on ovals, reserves and showgrounds. A written bump-in day, $20 million public liability, and an invoice to the organisation.
  • Schools and universities. Open days, anniversaries, graduations and formals. Structures up before the site is busy, and down before Monday.
  • Sporting bodies and clubs. Carnivals, championships and presentation nights. Registration marquees, shade for the sidelines, a marquee for the function afterwards.
  • Venues, planners and caterers. A function that outgrows the room. We deal with your coordinator on where it sits and when we arrive, and drop the urn and the BBQ at the caterer's tent.
  • Businesses. Launches, staff functions, field days and trade displays. One quote, one crew, one invoice.

How it works

  1. Step 1

    Brief us.

Dates, windows, site plan, ground, access, numbers, power. The checklist is at the foot of this page.

  2. Step 2

    We quote it, itemised.

Structure, floor, lighting, furniture and tableware on separate lines, with bump-in and bump-out windows and the ground and access notes written on it. We carry public liability cover of $20 million, and the certificate of currency comes with the quote if you ask for it.

  3. Step 3

    We build inside the window.

The crew is on site at the written time and the structures are up before anyone else's gear arrives. We come back inside the bump-out window and hand the site back.

25 years of field days, shows and open days

Field days with a hundred exhibitors. Agricultural shows. University open days and school anniversaries. Car club weekends, staff Christmas functions, product launches, a television shoot in a paddock. Award-winning marquee hire, based in the middle of the region we serve.

The day's on your booking. Miss it and we refund the installation.

If the crew isn't there on the day we book with you, we refund the installation cost. We confirm the time with you as the date gets close. Exclusions, in plain English: site not ready or access blocked, ground unsafe, weather that makes installation unsafe, road closures or declared emergencies, and time changes you ask for. This guarantee is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

How the guarantee works

What your procurement will ask for

The things an events officer has to tick before a supplier is approved, and where we stand on each:

  • Public liability. $20 million. The certificate of currency comes with the quote if you ask for it.
  • An itemised quote. Structure, floor, lighting, furniture, tableware and catering gear on separate lines, with the bump-in and bump-out windows written on it.
  • Invoiced to the organisation. Atrium Events Pty Ltd, ABN 78 698 628 027, trading as C2C Event Hire, so finance can set us up as a supplier before the event.
  • A date you can hold us to. The bump-in day is on the booking. If we're not there on that day, we refund the installation.
  • Hardstand. Concrete, pavers and decking can't be pegged, so the structure is weighted, and the weights are a line on the quote.

About a third of our customers have booked with us more than once. For an annual event, we keep the site and access notes, so next year starts where this one finished.

One supplier for structure, floor, lighting and furniture

Marquee, timber floor, festoon or LED lighting, trestles, rounds, chairs, dry bars, crockery and glassware, urns, BBQs and bain maries. One quote, one team to handle it all.

What organisers ask first

All the questions we get asked

How to brief us

  • Dates and windows. Event dates, bump-in window, bump-out window.
  • Site plan. A marked-up aerial is fine. Where the structures go, where the trucks come in.
  • Ground. Grass, hardstand, or both. Hardstand can't be pegged, so it takes weights, and weights are a line on the quote.
  • Access. Gate width, truck route, distance from where the truck stops to where the marquee goes.
  • Numbers. People, exhibitors, seated or standing, tables per marquee.
  • Power. Whether there's power on site and where.

Send the run sheet and the site plan.

We'll come back with an itemised quote and a confirmed bump-in day, in writing.
