Marquees up first, gone last.
Multi-marquee installs for folk and Celtic festivals, national touch football championships, hockey and soccer carnivals, fun runs and community days. Across the Coffs Coast and Mid North Coast, and further for multi-day jobs. Single structures over 500 m², on grass or hardstand.

Forty suppliers on the run sheet, and the marquees are first
If the structures are late, everyone sets up in the open, the stage build slips and day-one gates are at risk. That's why the bump-in day is written into your booking.
How the guarantee works →How it works
Step 1
Send us the site plan.
Bump-in, event days, bump-out, and rough numbers. The checklist is at the foot of this page.
Step 2
We lay it out and quote it.
Every marquee on its own line, with its floor, lighting and furniture. We carry $20 million public liability, and the certificate comes with the quote if you ask for it.
Step 3
We build inside the window.
Structures up before anyone else arrives, and gone inside the bump-out window.
25 years of multi-structure sites
Folk and Celtic festivals with a dozen structures across a showground. National touch football championships with a marquee per team. State hockey championships, regional soccer carnivals, fun runs with registration and first-aid marquees, community days, agricultural shows. Award-winning marquee hire, by our own crew.
The largest structures, and how they combine
Marquees from 3 to 15 m wide, in 3 m bays. A typical festival is one 10 m main structure, a run of 6 m marquees for teams or exhibitors, and pop-ups for first aid and registration.
Grass or hardstand
On grass we peg. On hardstand, which is car parks, courts and concrete, we use weights, and they're a line on the quote. Mark the ground type on the site plan and we'll do the rest.
The day's on your booking. Miss it and we refund the installation.
If the crew isn't there on the day we book with you, we refund the installation cost. We confirm the time with you as the date gets close. Exclusions: site not ready or access blocked, ground unsafe, weather that makes installation unsafe, road closures or declared emergencies, and time changes you ask for. This guarantee is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
